Y'know what? The more I think about it, the more I convince myself that Neil Gaiman is a hideous writer. Come on, people! His work is all the same and the same and the same, all about things that cannot happen!
How many girls do you know that had accidentally or otherwise go to another world, huh? Or how many gods do you see walking down the street? When has the world been conquered by the likes of Cthulhu?
THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN!
The man sux not only because he considered them, but because he also put them on paper! That's so very irresponsible of him because the only things that should be on print are things that are TRUFAX and nothing else! Now people is going to start looking for falling stars believing them to be fair maidens with the key to immortality.
And, worse than that, Gaiman's not original! AT ALL! The stuff on his books has been done countless times before!
Evil Witches? Disney.
People trapped in mirrors? Doctor Who.
Riddler sphinxes? Harry Potter.
Talking cats? Sailor Moon.
I totally regret all the money I've spent on his books and his movies.
