She might have a Google Alerts on her name and her book; I know because that's how I track feedback for some of my endeavors/interests, and I often get LJ posts there.
Yeah, it's too stupid a thing to lose a journal over; I'd much rather keep reading your LJ than whoever caused this ruckus ^.^
