The Book of Eli
May. 19th, 2010 12:09 pmI finally saw The Book of Eli last night. It wasn't a bad movie. I found it to be very entertaining even if I was spoiled for the twist ending. I enjoyed the action secuences and Eli was a BAMF, but as I watched, I couldn't stop thinking about an entry I read--I can't recall if it was via
metafandom or the network page--about the under/misrepresentation of atheists in media.
Also, my suspension of disbelieve suffered a little because ( spoilers. )
I think it's food for thought in many ways. (Yes, I can't turn my brain off when I watch/read things, why do you ask >>;;)
