The idea of a zombiefied beetle amuses me
Jul. 30th, 2010 04:06 pmA follow-up to this post: in the end, the beetle wasn't dead! At some point last night, it fell from the desk and began crawling on the floor. It was obviously too difficult for it; it was going so slowly. Maybe it entered into a sort of hibernation status? Maybe it was a zombie? IDK
I took the beetle outside and left it under some bushes, and it began to rain afterwards. It rained most of the night, and this morning the beetle was nowhere to be found.
I do wonder where it wentand if the rest of the insects out there are on the way of becoming zombies as I type this, but I also think some mysteries are best left unsolved. /silly
